Deliverable locations

Whole of Singapore excluding Singapore islands & restricted areas. For delivery to excluded locations, please contact us prior to ordering for arrangement.

Payment methods

You can only pay through the common online payment methods such as credit card, Paypal etc, these will be presented at the checkout page. To request for UEN Paynow, please WhatsApp us. We do not accept cash on delivery, cash or offline payment methods.

Payment security

All credit card & personal information on Eco Ink’s website passes through a secure connection using the latest encryption technology.

Prices

All prices shown are nett, inclusive of GST and free delivery.

Warranty policy

On the rarest occasion that your product is faulty, Eco Ink products are covered by a 1-year local warranty. For Eco Ink branded products, requests for return and refund will only be approved if the product is unopened and the order date is within a week.

For opened or used products – In our effort to reduce unnecessary carbon emissions, fraud and abuse, all returns for opened or used products will be subjected to an examination. This period may take 1 to 2 weeks. If the return is not accepted, it will be redelivered to the customer. If the return is accepted, a restocking fee of S$10 will be imposed and deducted on top of any refund charges or administration fees.

No returns, refunds or exchanges for non Eco Ink branded products. For warranty on non-Eco Ink products, please approach the respective product’s warranty service centre.

What’s the difference between re-manufactured, refilled toner cartridges and Eco Ink’s eco-friendly toner cartridges?

A re-manufactured or refilled toner cartridge uses a product that has been cleaned and refilled with toner powder.

Eco Ink’s products are cleaned, have the worn-out parts, moving gears and mechanical units replaced together with new microchips if any, before being assembled and

refilled. Eco Ink products are also tested before being sent out.

What’s OEM?

OEM is the acronym for Original Equipment Manufacturer. An OEM toner cartridge means an “original” toner cartridge. Eco Ink offers non-OEM eco-friendly toner

cartridges and drums.
